Codex: Paper; 199 folios (176b miscopied upside down);  320*220mm page; 2 columns; 25 lines per column; Foxing throughout; Quire marks begin with ܝܓ – ܝܕ (transition seems to be missing a leaf, suggesting secondary marking).

Text & Paratext: Serto script with occasional vocalization; Birds in the margins (e.g. f. 86b, 110b, 115b, 121b, 123b, 141b); Decorated titles (e.g. 104b; 111a, 152a); Extended Descenders (into bottom margin, e.g. f. 104b, 118b, 139b, 145b, 151a, 195b; into gutter, e.g. f. 109b); Extended ascenders (e.g. f. 82b, 105b, 117b, 140a)

History of Manuscript: Written in the Monastery of Mor Yuhannan Bosnaya; First nine folios lost since the original Syriac foliation (probably before acquisition by Borgia collection). Syriac foliation ends at 217/ܪܝܙ. Codex originally numbered K-VIII-21. Volume titled, ܡܐܡܪܐ ܕܥܠ ܥܐ̈ܕܐ ܕܝܠܕܬ ܐܠܗܐ. First cataloged by Addai Scher in 1909 (“Notice sur les manuscrits syriaque du musée Borgia aujourd’hui à la bibliothèque Vaticane.” Journal Asiatique 13 [1909]: 249-78, with this ms. described on 275-76).
